We can do as little or as much as you require!

We aim to organise everything required to set the foundation of an event and execute it on the day - taking the stress out of it for the client. It also provides our clients with a one stop shop when it comes to all your equipment, styling and décor needs.

Styling


We aim to bring our clients vision to life by piecing everything together. After a thorough consultation, we use our expertise to style the event from minor details to the larger pieces – meaning the end result is a seamless and stunning event that reflects the brief and vision provided.

We offer advice, as well as implementation. We also offer floristry and balloon garland services within our business, an option that will ensure the styling is consistent and on theme with your event if you choose to add these features.

Special occasions don’t happen by themselves; it takes hard work and a lot of attention to detail. Taylormade Weddings and Events takes this element on board, so you can focus on being in the moment and enjoying the event.

On The Day Coordination For Weddings

Our on the day coordination service is for couples that want that bit of peace of mind that someone else will be looking after the smaller details and ensuring the day runs smoothly.

The last thing you want to worry about on your special day is delegating tasks to your family and guests.

Our vital role is ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly with all suppliers being setup and on time, candles being lit, decorations being moved from one location to another - just to name a few.

We have listed below our most popular ‘On the Day Coordination’ inclusions. We work with our clients to ensure the coordination service is tailored to suit their special day. 

  • 7 Hours on the day coordination – allowance for 2 staff

  • Establish a running sheet/timetable of the day with couple (5 copies to be printed and handed to caterer, MC, hair stylist, makeup artist and photographer)

  • Ensure all suppliers/deliveries arrive on time and arrangements are met as required on the day 

  • Assist in ensuring the timetable is being met and attend to any needs of the bridal party throughout the event

  • Assistance with the distribution and pinning of buttonholes for the bridal party, page boys and fathers

  • Distributing of ceremony programs (if applicable)

  • Check ceremony location prior to commencement to ensure all decorations and arrangements are in place

  • Meet and greet guests on arrival and attend to any needs they may have

  • Ensure key family members are attended to and seated in the best position for the ceremony 

  • Assist with the bridal party entrance (calming of nerves, adjusting dresses and making sure all flowers, ties and smiles are just right)

  • Moving of any ceremony décor to reception

  • Check reception venue prior to commencement to assist and ensure all decorations, place settings and arrangements are in place

  • Ensure entertainers, caterers, cake and all other items arranged have arrived and are set up as required

  • Lighting of all candles prior to guests entering reception

  • Assist with the clearing of empty glasses and bottles on tables

  • Assist in timetable being met and guiding guests between locations

  • Assist guests with placing gifts in arranged area, signing guest book and any other requirements needed 

  • Assist with seating of guests, grand entrance of bridal party to reception venue

  • Assistance with cutting and distribution of cake (to be cut by caterer

On the day coordination price starts from $1600.00.

This is designed to save you time in looking for suppliers, hiring items and sourcing décor for your event. 

This is just a small selection of all the lovely things we have available for hire, if there’s anything you have in mind please ask, as we probably have it or can source it!

Set Up & Pack Down


We offer a complete setup and pack down service to save you the hassle and time on the day of your event.

We tailor all quotes to suit your event needs. We can have everything setup so all you have to do is add the finishing touches or we can deliver the equipment and let you do the rest.

Our setup and pack down service is generally based off the setup and pack down of the equipment you hire from us.
